WHEN WE WANTED TO REFRESH THE LOOK, FEEL, AND TASTE OF THE HEN QUARTER MENU WE KNEW JUST THE GUY TO CALL. LOCAL FOOD NETWORK STAR, SAMMY DAVIS. SAMMY DAVIS NOT ONLY BRINGS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH SOUTHERN CUISINE, HE BRINGS PASSION AND FLAVOR TO EVERY PLATE. SAMMY PULLS INFLUENCE FROM MANY CULTURES RANGING FROM THE CARIBBEAN TO THE CAROLINAS. YOU WILL FIND EXCEPTIONAL DISHES ON THIS MENU FROM JERK CHICKEN, TO GUMBO, TO CRAB CAKES, TO SHORT RIBS.
